With two years of hands-on experience and competitions such as ProStart and SkillsUSA, graduating from high school with a culinary certificate in hand appears to be the golden ticket to success.   This week’s announcement that the abandoned Echelon Place, where the Stardust once stood, will now become Resorts World Las Vegas. This site along with the Sahara’s dormant transformation to the SLS Las Vegas will add thousands of new culinary positions to the Strip, opening instant employment opportunities to a workforce well on their way to being professionals.
