Southeast Career Technical Academy, formerly Southern Nevada Vo-Tech, has been turning out skills graduates not just within cosmetology, but in a multitude of fields since 1966.
In addition to getting a jump-start to a marketable career, students through collaboration and daily practice of employability skills, leave high school prepared to enter work force.

According to the U.S. Bureau of Labor Statistics, careers opportunities for hairdressers and cosmetologists are expected to increase 14 percent, skincare specialists is expected to grow 25 percent, and manicurists and pedicurists is expected to grow 17 percent from 2010 to 2020.
